First Conditional

If + present, … will/ won’t + infinitive

We use the first conditional to talk about real or possible situations in the future. We use the present simple in the “if clause” to talk about the condition and we use the future in the “main clause” to talk about the result.

Take for instance the sentence, If it’s sunny tomorrow, we will go to the beach. If the condition is right; if it’s sunny, the result will be that we will go to the beach. Similar, to the zero conditional, you can change the order of the sentence.
